Total Commander Ultima Prime 是Total Commander的扩展版本。它包含了Total Commander，扩展了菜单和工具栏，填加了一些插件，并对界面进行了少许改动。

This is an extended version of Total Commander 7 Copyright (c) 1993-2007 by Christian Ghisler. It contains extended main menu and toolbar, other programs, numerous plugins, changed layout and other elements.

Added „Artweaver” application - graphic files editor. Special thanks to Boris Eyrich for agreement to include this application into TC UP package.
Added „TC UP Integrator” tool for associations menagement and TC UP auto-play for detected external devices. Thanks to Major Peter.
